Did you go through my 7 Days to Learning Manual Mode?  The idea is to give yourself a focus for 7 days.  This makes you pick up your camera every day to take a photo or play with the dials.  Create your own 7-day journey.  In my photography club, I call them a "List of Seven."  Make your own list of 7 tasks involving photography and do 7 days in a row.
