Photography Tips and Tricks - 57 (camera cleaning)

I thought I could clean my camera with a dust brush and a squeeze bulb to blow the dust loose.  However, I took my camera to a local camera shop to have it cleaned and the repairman showed me how dirty my sensor was.   It was bad.  The cost of the cleaning was about 60 dollars and worth it.  So, it is okay to blow out the dust but have it done professionally about twice a year.
