Do you know what gear you have?  I have gear bloat and even if you don't have a lot of gear, I challenge you to go through your gear and find something you have not used in a long time.  Maybe it has been 6 months ago or a year ago since you used that elusive piece.  So, the challenge is to use that piece and if you don't think you need it, sell it or give it to someone that can use it.
